We went to Ruhpolding for 11 days with Crystal, and whilst we agree with the comments about lack of service from Crystal/Thomson (same company) this isn't the fault of the hotel. Sent 14 nights at Steinbach and would agree with Teee7's review of 090808. Went with Thomson Lakes and Mountains and we found that as far as Thomsons (and we discovered Crystal as well) the lakes part was to drown in and the Mountains part was for you to get lost in - Thomsons service was to collect us from Salzburgh... more
