I use the hotel regularly for business (booked by client) and have no problem in recommending it for business and leisure alike. Rooms are always clean with complimentary fruit (although it is not always as fresh as it should be) and mineral water, with free WiFi on request. We stayed at the Asam for 3 wks this summer when my husband had surgery. The staff were quite accomodating. They were very nice and tried to ease our stay in any way they could. The room was modern, comfortable and immaculate. They had a large flat screen Tv on the wall. They had wireless internet access for free available... more

On a visit to Straubing we stayed two nights in the recently opened Asam Hotel. Housed in a converted former officer's club, it is conveniently located (two blocks) near the picturesque Theresienplatz with its cafes,restaurants, and shops.
