We stayed at this hotel during our cycling trip along the river Main. In the main square of the historic old city, the heaven opened and heavy rain poured, so we decided to stay at the hotel nearest to us. And we were not disappointed. Run by an extremely friendly mother and daughter team who gave us all the help and advice we needed. Rooms were excellent and well worth the price. Despite being central, the hotel was quiet, as the central square is traffic free. The town itself is very pretty and full of history, so we were able to spend our extra hours well.
Breakfast was the best along the journey, and as we did not want to eat too much before our days' cycling, the landlady invited us to make sandwiches to eat during our breaks. All in all an excellent experience which brightened our dreary day.
