Attentive service, wouldn't let me choose category of room without showing them to me first. Appreciated the attention. We checked in late, after buffet was closed. They arranged with staff to keep open rather than us having to pay ala carte. Saved on food as a result. Wish there had been snow, but no fault of hotel.
