We just spent a totally charming weekend at the Hotel Schaeferhof in Lueneberger Heide. The innkeeper, Mr. Glet, and his wife were super attentive and helpful, as were all of the other staff. Mr. Glet speaks perfect English, which was extremely helpful for our group and not so typical for that region of Germany. We were 7 people in total.... more
