The location is great, and our room were really nice, with a balcony and view to the lake. But we have experienced better service in the restaurant, and the hotel are totally lacking any information in English (or any other language for that matter) to non-german speaking guests, incl. menues, guest information etc. more

The area in and around Bad Zwishenahn is beautifull . The little town/village of Zwischenahn is very nice with some lovely pavement cafe's and restaurents with quite a few good shops to browse around. The lake is stunning it's well worth a boat trip where you can pre order drinks or pastries or even a meal to be served on board whilst you gently cruise around the lake which takes about an hour or alternatively you can hire your own little peddle boat or motor boat. The area is famous for Rhododendren so visiting in May was great as everyithing was in full bloom - streets full of glourous displays every where you look - amazing ! There are many nursery and garden centres where you can buy them very reasonably. The hotel
