Two of the front desk staff were so incredibly RUDE. We actually caught them making keys that didn't work so we would have to go back down for more. For a big fair in Dusseldorf, had to stay in Dusseldorf for 2 nights. Booking 1.5 months in advance, most of hotels were already full, so I choosed this one, not too far from the fair. Name was sounding quite pretigious, but also the price.... 350 Euros a night! i was expecting at least 4stars basic accomodation... this was worst... more
Stayed here for a few days with work.. rooms very nice, modern and clean..I especially liked the glass round shower almost in the middle of my room...my room also had a microwave and cooker... but well hidden in some tasteful cupboards.. I did't even know they were there until the second day.. The free mini bar was a nice touch... more
