Very "standardized" hotel. Rooms and suites under the roof are very warm when weather is sunny (air conditioning was not available in April !!!). Not very valuable for a 4star hotel. more

Stayed here one night with 2 friends for a birthday relaxation day. The service was nearly non-existent. We had pre-arranged all of our spa appointments only to arrive and see that most of our scheduled appointments had been cancelled. Visited this hotel with a group of business colleagues in May 2008 and had high expectations as I had stayed at the Lindner hotel in Dusseldorf which was excellent. Restaurants at Binshof are very good, welness is good as well, however the rooms at the original building are disappointing as these are extremely small and too warm. Bathroom is outdated... more

Stayed at the Binshof for just one day with my girlfriend and had one of the best times in my life! It has gone through some serious renovation, but you can just feel that style and modern comfort connect perfectly. It is very pricy for this area, but its a tru 5 Star hotel which is pretty hard to find... more
