Stayed at the Ambassador and was not expecting too much as 2 previous hotels on trip were 4*. This was by far the best! Obviously refurbished but lovely room, marvellous food and the staff could not be nicer - helpful, accommodating and very pleasant.

We enjoyed 2 nights here recently and were very immpressed. The room we had had recently been refurbished and the restaurant was being done as well so now the place is up to date,as the last time we stayed here the only thing that needed upgrading was the room so now it's all good!
