This hotel is family owned.They own several places in Crans-Montana&think they provide the best accommodation you can get in Crans. Though rooms are ok,service is terribly poor and you just can't count on the staff. I had booked several rooms,a signed contract existed.9 months later,the contract was cancelled as they could accommodate a larger group for a longer periode of... more

The only dood thing is the food and that's it!. Rooms are rather poorly furnish. The service is lousy with a can't do attitude which they probably get from the manager (who happens to be the daughter of the owner !). Everytime we asked her something she always replied that it is not possible. I have tried but someone else... more
