Terrible art deco interior, rudest staff ever encountered. Hotel shuttle bus driver- nasty little man with moustache, was provoking a fight over where we wished to be dropped off, Appalling value for money. Don't stay there. Makes fawlty towers look efficient

We stayed 3 nights in this horrible place. First the owners are extremely impolite. They are all the time arguing and shouting to each other. They should learn how to manage a hotel and take care of the guests. Then the people working their are very unfriendly and not professional, you can see that they don't like what they do... More

No internet access even if they clame to have a wi-fi connection everywhere in the hotel. A shame for a 5 stars hotel. Unfriendly staff, north italian oriented. We have really enjoyed Crans Montana and especially the Grand Hotel du Golf for our ski holidays: here the guests are really very welcomed... We were spoiled by the service... to go skiing by the free shuttle bus, to swim in a huge turquoise pool, to be pampered in the Valmont SPA and last but not least... the 3 different... More

The hotel is just outside the village center and next to the golf course. The location is quiet and perfect for a good sleep.
