This is a hotel where the personal welcome you get from the hotel owners (and there children) makes you feel very relaxed as soon as you arrive. Not many hotels these days have this kind of personalized approach to service. Especially in a place like crans-montana.

We stayed here as part of a group tour for three days in July 2008. The rooms were adequate and the view was terrific but the customer service was TERRIBLE! The biggest problem was getting a clean dry towel. The maids did not change out towels, they left wet towels on the deck to dry out, and the desk manager...

Just returned from a week staying in the Eldorado Hotel and we are full of praise for it!
The rooms had a lovely view and were very clean, as was all the hotel.
The lounge and dining area were very comfy and spotlessly clean.
