My wife and I go skiing every year 3/4 times with Inghams. We have just arrived home after a week at the Art de Vivre hotel.
Apart from the gym facilities I can not undertsand how this hotel is a four * . The room was very poorly decorated , most of the staff are very unpleasant , especially the receptionist ( brown long haired ) & the waitor ( brown dark hair) they are both very unprofessional .
As for the food I can honestly say its the worst food we have ever had at a hotel. Its cooked to a very poor standard .
We really enjoyed Crans Montana its a really nice town , but this hotel put a big cloud over our holiday.
Every morning my wife and I where woken by screaming children at 6.00am we mentioned it to the manager & receptionist who both said they could not do anything.I appreciated the hotel was fully booked so we couldn't move rooms but surely they could have told the family to show some consideration.
