Have just returned from a 3 night break. the Hotel Is beautiful , the staff were very helpful and very polite, Breakfast selection extremely good, However the only negative was no tea or coffee making facilities in room, and no english on menus.

We spend a long weekend in Flims (we were travelling with our two kids) and we really enjoyed it. The food was excellent, we enjoyed wellness and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is very well located for a nice walk to the wonderful lakes of Cauma (http://www.myswitzerland.com/en/caumasee.html) and Cresta.
