We used for an overnight, suited us very well. Although we didn't need to use them we were impressed by the facilities for young children. Room slightly tired, carpets could do with a change. Free wi-fi in room (1st floor). Good breakfast. Staff very helpful. more
Cosy family hotel. Welcomes kids especially (nice playrooms). Not so stylish, but very good for the price. Good breakfast. The only thing that bothered us was that the wlan worked only in the ground floor (should be available in all rooms). more
We have just returned from a 4 day trip to Flims staying in the Alpenhotel and have nothing but good things to say about the hotel. After booking our rooms back in October, due to various drop-outs/additions we had to change our booking 3 times; each time this was done by e-mail, and was completed very promptly and without fuss... more
The cleaning staff, after having consulted wih the manager, declined to clean the children's room because "it was too messy". This in a so-called "children hotel". Note that it wasn't dirty, it was just messy. For this reason, cleaning staff did not change towels, nor did they empty trash bins. When we complained, we were even told that "this is... more
