I laughed reading the two previous reviews! The hotel has a beautiful (and convenient) location, the rooms are small but nice and the spa is great. Don’t plan on spending too much time in the hotel though as management’s behaviour seems designed to discourage customers spending quality time in the common areas. I have stayed in Klosters six times and love the snow, skiing and the excellent warm Swiss welcome. Not at the Vereina. I was visiting the hotel with the prospect of booking for this Easter. The staff on the reception were rude and basically asked us to leave as wer were looking to dine and have a relaxing drink afterwards.... more

Excellent location, beautiful hotel, fanatastic spa totally ruined by an aggressive staff that is particularly unfriendly to children and has no concept of friendly service.
