Terrible service and the rooms badly need a renovation - absolutely NO value for your money. Bugs in the room, and toilettries and robes not replenished each day. We stayed here for two nights in mid Dec 2008. All of the other reviews and the insight they gave were 100% correct, from the warm welcome with champagne to excellent service throughout.
