Hotel choices in Pontresina in May are very limited as most are closed for the month. The Station Hotel is located across the street from the train station and a 10-15 minute walk from downtown. We are really happy to choose this hotel. Center of Pontresina was not far anyway. Most importantly – the hotel is right at the gateway to activities in the area. It is situated next to the train station. Our worries of potential noise were unwarranted. When you open the window the only noise you here is one of the mountain... more
