Friends from Geneva who visit Sils regularly tipped us off to this Residenza which is a real find. The area of Sils has a number of hotels and pensiones and this place falls into the latter category.

It's a 3-4 minute walk from where the Post Bus drops you off (the first of the Sils stops, Sils/Seglias) and the multi-unit property is a great place to stay if planning to hike in the area (or rent bikes, horseback ride, shop in St. Moritz, take sailing or kitesailing lessons on Silvaplana Lake, etc.)

The unit we stayed in is all-inclusive: small kitchen pretty well-fitted out, fine bathroom, and an L-shaped main room. In that section there was a sitting area with sofa (fold-out sleeper sofa which we didn't need), chair, small TV and stereo and a door to the nice balcony. Seating area with banquette and chairs for meals, probably could seat 6 but there were just the 4 of us.
