An horrible experience in that hotel. Everything went wrong. From the first minute when we checked-in (no explanation where the rooms were (some people were in the second building), where the ski room was) until we left were they didn't want to refund the deposit for the ski passes that we paid them. Saas Fee is a wonderful place. I have nothing but good words to say. Great infrastucture, the slopes are for everybody.try breathing the air at 3500 m altitude! The hotel is nice and confortable. Small bathroom. Very clean. The Food was Very good, especily dinner. I so desperatly want to go back!
