Tschlin lies on a mountain terrace just above the Inn Valley in the Lower Engadin near the Austrian border. It is a half hour bus ride from the closest train station in Scuol. We enjoyed a fantastic dinner and included breakfast in the Ustaria on the ground floor. The views out our room windows reached up the valley to the mountains behind Scuol. Limited bus service require some planning and activities are dependent on your own imagination but this gorgeous Swiss mountain village is completely devoid of any tourist trappings and left to it's own daily rhythm.
