First of all, o.k. we got a special price, so the value for money was truely excellent, but still if you don't we believe it is worth it if you want to treat you with something special. This hotel only opened 8 weeks prior to our visit and it showed. Whilst some staff could not have been more friendly there was generally an atmosphere of confusion with one member of staff looking to another for the answer to questions. Some staff also had problems understanding either French or English from which more confusion arose. more
