We have now stayed at this hotel three times. Each visit has been without fault. The family that run it are very friendly and extremely professional. We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the lake. An excellent quality breakfast is served each morning. And as for the larger than life hotel cat called Barolo - we love him!!

Swiss hotels are generally very expensive, with this one at least service was good and location excellent! The hotel is pretty much on the lake with the restaurant and swimming pool looking out on to the water.
