We spent a very enjoyable 5 days at Croft Cottage and were sorry to leave. The accommodation was very comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, all home produced or locally sourced and the honey from their own bees was particularly good. Our hosts could not have been more friendly and welcoming and the attention to detail was second to none including... More

We have just returned from a memorable weekend at croft cottage. The gardens are lovely it is so remote and peaceful here.Badger watching in the evenings made our stay complete and unforgettable. The care taken to provide local and home made produce wherever possible was second to none. Well done and many thanks to Elizabeth and David. from Lesley and Philip... More

A word of advice: follow the directions on the website for Croft Cottage - don't use you Satnav, or like us you will find yourself approaching the cottage from an overgrown, tricky narrow lane!! Croft Cottage is in lovely remote surroundings, despite being a short drive to Ludlow. The hosts are lovely, the house is attractive, the gardens are spectacular,... More

Warm welcome, wonderful local produce for breakfast including home made bread, jam and honey from their own bees. A guided tour around the garden was a pleasure and we watched badgers feeding at night from the hide. Very quiet and peaceful location but good restaurant a short drive away. Private entrance for guests was appreciated and we did not have... More

A friend and I stayed for 2 nights and had a perfect break. Elizabeth and David provided everything that was needed and much much more. We had complete privacy and freedom, whilst also being lucky enough to share their glorious garden and to watch the badgers from the hide. Every part of breakfast was locally sourced or home-made, including the... More

We really enjoyed the two nights we stayed at this lovely B&B whilst at a friends wedding. Great local home cooked food, tranquil surroundings and the most comfortable bed!!! Slept like a log which I don't normally do away from my own bed. Will definitely be visiting again as didn't get to see the badgers because of the wedding. Try... More

Accomodation was excellent, our own private wing to "chill out" in such beautiful surroundings, nature at its best. Elizabeth and David were superb hosts and all the little extra's like homemade cake's and fruit provided were very much appreciated. Breakfasts were freshly cooked with plenty of choice and everything was either made by Elizabeth or was locally sourced. It was... More

Elizabeth and David's outstanding hospitality and the comfort of their splendid B&B made our stay at Croft Cottage an absolute delight. The room was well presented with thoughtful little extras eg fruit, wine glasses and fridge. The approach road is not for nervous drivers, but quite safe, and the location in a small "hidden" valley, although just a mile or... More

Stayed here for one night with my mum as a stop off to another holiday/ trip to Ludlow. Really cosy, warm and immaculate rooms in a seperate and very private wing of the owners cottage- we each had our own room with a shared bathroom. Everything you need with very friendly and welcoming owners- and home made cakes when we... More
