Thanks for an amazing stay, we couldn't have had a nicer welcome from the chicken, ducks, Keith & Bridget. We only stayed one night but it was perfect, the room was big, with a very comfy bed, fresh milk, wine glasses and bottle opener! Handy info pack about the local area, everything had been thought of. We'll definitely be visiting again,... More

I knew from reading the blog and website this was our kind of place. Keith & Bridget are the type of people born to do B&B, extremely friendly and welcoming, and made us feel like they had plenty of time to talk to us and were interested in us, without being in your face. Room was lovely. Very good size... More

I had booked to stay in kingsize room for my husband's birthday and it was just perfect. If you think the pictures look lovely, then wait until you get there! It's amazing. As we turned up, it was feeding time. We got to visit the ducks in their caravan and meet all the different pigs. Bridget and Keith are such... More

We have just spent four relaxing days at Spillers Farm. We booked the self catering cottage, which was spacious, warm and very comfortable. Perfect for the six of us. Bridget and Keith were brilliant hosts, nothing is too much and they made us feel very welcome. The children loved looking around the farm and meeting all the animals, Keith even... More

As with many others we booked here due to our attending River Cottage and couldn't have picked a better location if we'd tried! We arrived earlier than had been specified on the booking time, but after a little bit of hunting we found Keith in the Pig sheds with the Saddlebacks putting up some additional reinforcements (due to their ability... Keith and Bridget who run the B&B are very good at what they do. Their hospitality is of the highest level - making you feel very welcome without being intrusive in the slightest. Leading up to our stay Bridget was extremely helpful in coordinating the practicalities of our visit by booking cabs and offering directions for trains and our arrival.... More

Bridget and Keith are very welcoming and thoughtful hosts, we were met at the car, greeted by name and from that point on nothing was too much trouble. Our room was large with a huge bed and a lovely view. We came with Friends and Keith was quick to show us where we could sit together communally. Breakfast was home... More

Having booked to visit River Cottage on a Sat night we stayed at this nearby B&B, and boy did we pick a good'un! From the minute we parked up from the moment we left we were made to feel welcome at all times. Keith and Bridget are a genuinely warm and engaging couple who can't do more to make their... More

I can only really reiterate what everyone else has said! This was the perfect place to stay for our first few nights in the English countryside. Keith and Bridget were fantastic, so friendly and warm. We had a lot in common with them and were inspired by their achievements with their smallholding. Rooms are beautiful, breakfast is delicious.
