We enjoyed our pool side room on first floor where we had separate door to our own patio and to the heated pool and spa. Our room was quiet as there were no guests on one side. Front desk clerk Pinki is very rude, room hade urine spots around toilet rim, also found toothpaste spots around the sink. Beds are not very comfortable at all. You might have to drive a little further to find another hotel, but this place is not worth it.

Hotel was marginal for price spent. Employees were nice. Breakfast had a good variety. Room decor nice but beds hard and uncomfortable, pillows overstuffed and hard. The scenery of the mountain gave rustic feel which was very soothing and relaxing. The sunrise was very beautiful. Loved the breakfast with hot meats and eggs. The front desk was friendly at check-in and since it was during Christmas, the decorations were welcoming.

Comfortable rooms and a really good pool - just the job after a long day's drive from the Grand Canyon. Nice lady in reception recommended a really good diner over the road. A good night's sleep and not a bad breakfast

The check in staff was knowledgable about the area. She also made a room change suggestion for us to save some money and get a suite. The suite was clean and pleasant. The decor is rustic but upscale. The breakfast was compimentary and included make your own waffles and good scrambled eggs and bacon.
