Returned from Caister yesterday, and we had an absolutely fantastic time. We were there for a whole week (2 adults, 6 year old and a nearly 2 year old). We arrived to the park 2 hours before our check in time and were given our keys (clippesby 47) but told we couldn't enter the caravan until check in time. The... More

Just returned from caister! Having read reviews I was going to say I was initially worried! The thing that draws you to a haven site is the low price for the holiday. We had booked a 2 bed caravan for £69 for the whole week! 4 of us (2ads 2kids) were situated in the fairbank area of the site. If... More

On arrival to the park we were told that we had been upgraded from standard to standard plus. The van was nice but the cleaning was a let down, I found it to need a Hoover, the carpets filthy. The bedding was also substandard with very cheap quilts that were more suited for the bin as well as cheap flat... More

My partner, 11 month old son and I have just returned from the 5 day break at Caister Haven and have to say, although we had a fantastic holiday, it wasn't due to the park itself. Being previously employed as a Funstar on another park I had heard good things about Caister and my expectations were high but I was... More

Getting to haven caister booking in was easy and the reception staff were lovely! Our chalet was smaller than expected but comfortable! I noticed some ants when unpacking, rang security and they came round eventually! They then moved us to another chalet which was better and and ant-free! There was plenty to do on the site softplay which was excellent!... More

We spent the weekend at Haven Caister and we had a great time in and around the park. Having been to Wild Duck and Seashore up the road as well as the huge Primrose Valley amongst others, Caister had a lot to live up to but it ticked most of our boxes. We had a warm welcome from the attendant... More
