Santa Nella is actually just a truck stop with several hundred trucks in the area at most times, and only 2 hotels. This property turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The staff was very friendly & helpful and the room was clean & spacious. The grounds are well maintained, and there was very little noise from trucks and roadway.

The service is very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are clean and average-sized, with comfortable beds. Each set of pillows has one labeled "firm" and one labeled "soft," which I liked. :) Nice big hot tub. The free breakfast is hot but... eh. Great hotel in the area, it was very clean, the staff were helpful and great places to eat all around you. The price was good for the room. The breakfast was outstanding, several options which was nice to have. The rooms were not noisy at all even being close to the freeway. Will definitely stay here again.

This appears to be an older property that was recently renovated. Very clean and secure, conveniently located on I-5, near Los Banos and Gilroy cut-off to Hwy-101. We have stayed here on our travels north & south, yearly, for the past 10 years, but, as of last year, decided that the property was just too run down and unsafe, to continue giving them our business, & hard earned $. Holliday inns are usually a chain I can count on. This hotel however is way far below standards. The bathroom walls had a lot of mold on the walls and shower and the sink would not drain.
