I stayed at the Hotel l'Olivier for approximately one month this July. I had recently moved to Luxembourg and required a hotel that had a kitchenette as I could not possibly eat out every night. The hotel apartments are two story and have a small kitchenette (bar fridge, microwave and counter top stove) living room (couch, coffee table, desk and tv) and sitting area (two chairs and a small table) on the first floor, and a sleeping area and bathroom on the second floor. Overall, the room was nice and spacious but the stairs leading up to the second floor are very steep and narrow. This took a little getting used to. If staying there, try to get a room that has windows on the first floor. My room faced the 'inside' of the hotel and I only had windows on the second floor. These were difficult to reach and limited airflow in the room. My only other suggestion is to ensure if you require an iron, ask for one early as they don't seem to have enough at the hotel.
