Stayed overnight. Reported toilet as not working at 1pm, was promised a plumber for the afternoon. It had still not been repaired when we left the following morning. Will not be staying there again. more
The Soretel is ideal for budget stays especially cheap business trips but this is tempered by the quite expensive restaurant but at least the food is excellent. I was here during a weekend in august 2005. The hotel is not proprely in Bordeaux, but in Merignac the small ville where is the airport.
