Outside car park has a blind spot where lighting at night is obliterated by tree foliage on a bend of the building,the entrance to the Reception up the steps has no handrail to assist guests. Having a shower tray ( than a bath) in a room would have been much more acceptable for a handicapped person.

Good hotel for overnight during trip. Good service and check inn. Nice and clean room Good location nearby the center. Breakfast was good. Internet facilities and restaurant . Diner in the evening was moderate.

We stayed at IBIS Annecy Sud from September 9 to 11, 2011 at the begining of our vacation in France and Italy. The hotel was OK but the room was small. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Location is good if you have a car. Breakfast was very good (IBIS standard) and restaurant service was OK.
