We have had many holidays all over the world throughout the years, this has to be right up there amongst the best. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Dom & George couldn’t do enough to please us. The food was fantastic and always plenty of it. Oliver the driver was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable of the area. He was always happy to pick us up and drop us off which quite often for the non skiers. Jennie was lovely and called in a couple of times to ensure all was ok. The accommodation is beautiful and lovely and clean. We made full use of the hot tub every evening which was fantastic. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jack & Jill

Forest Lodge Review. We cannot fault our wonderful holiday at Forest Lodge with Jack and Jill! We were picked up from Geneva in our own private transfer and taken to Forest Lodge, which was absolutely immaculate. Our boots and skis were fitted that evening at the chalet and we were welcomed by our dynamic duo chalet hosts, Dom and George, who were the stars of our holiday! Nothing was too much trouble for the whole team, our chalet drivers were totally brilliant and they were always on hand to pick us up. The food was delicious and so much of it, plenty of wine and great fun conversations with the guys. We were so sad to leave them all and will DEFINITELY be back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying there this season, you wont regret it! Thank you to all the Jack and Jill Team, you have spoilt us!

Room Tip: The chalet is out of town for Morzine but the driver service drops you to the lifts or into town.

We very first come to forest lodge when Mary and Jamie was very first hosting the food was exceptional then , we thought we would give it another try years later, so I did that in February accommodation is beautiful , host are really helpful and kind, plenty of wine to have with your dinner , the one thing I look forward to when going away is food I may be a food snob but I expect the best. I was very disappointed with the afternoon. Cakes are very dry. It didn’t have buttercream and icing on or cream , which would have made it a lot better they were just plain. Dry sponge cakes. Very disappointing the breakfast was also disappointing. Never enough croissants to go around for everyone so somebody got left out. Please make sure you have enough food for people. Also very disappointed with the dinner. In fact the best dinner I had is when the host didn’t work that day, and they left a dinner in for us .we where very disappointed they didn’t have things like beef bourguignon , duck , and a lot of other French food I would have enjoyed more for the amount we paid. I didn’t rate the food at all. I would have rather just gone to a restaurant and paid for it. It wasn’t like last time when we stayed , the food this time for me had poor cheap ingredients. I don’t want Thai food when coming to France . I want homely French cooking, so very disappointed with the food overall, but everything else was amazing ,

From the very beginning of booking with Jack & Jill, Katie was professional and provided all the information we needed within minutes. Booking was simple, paying was simple and as and when we got to the chalet, relaxing was simple. Will, Nelly, Hamish and Charlie were always there when needed and Jennie popped in occasionally to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was incredible and the lifts were always reliable. Forever grateful for making a trip with 11 people as hassle free as it was! Thank you!

We stayed at the Himilaya Lodge through Jack & Jill and had an absolutely fantastic time. From airport pickup, everything was hassle-free and above expectations. Big thanks to Jamie for helping us settle in. Catered food and service was great, with 4 courses every day for dinner, plus morning breakfast and after-ski cake and tea. Great job Finty and Byron (and everyone behind the scenes)! Daily transfers to pistes were easy and very flexible to our daily skiing needs. This made it easy for us to ski Morzine/Pleney side as well as Avoriaz side through the week too to get maximum ski time in! Great job Tom and Archie! Additionally, J&J helped coordinate with Doorstep Skis, so all equipment was brought to our doors. J&J also helped us book taxis and dinner at L’etal in town too. I thoroughly recommend, and I already look forward to booking my 2022 ski holiday with J&J again. 🎿

This was our 6th visit to Jack and Jill at Morzine and they never disappoint. The chalet (Amuse Bouche), food and hosts, Annie and Graham were amazing but what sets Jack and Jill apart is the level of personal service from airport pick ups, delivery to and from the slopes each day, booking restaurants and taxis for the chalet day off and even securing an amazing guide (Claude) for the non-skiing member of our party. An early flight meant we were on the slopes by lunchtime thanks to the above, service by Doorstep Ski's (also recommended) and even coffee and cake to send us off. 4 days was not enough - we will be back for more next year!

Myself and 14 friends booked the Himalaya lodge with Jack and Jill for 1 week. It was our first experience in a catered chalet and we will never be able to go on ski holiday any other way again. Harry and Abby cooked amazing meals, baked delicious cakes and always kept the chalet extremely clean. The shuttle service from Jack, Kevin and David was brilliant. Bringing us right to the lifts every morning and collecting us at the end of the day. The guided skiing through portes du soleil that Jack brought us on was a lovely touch and was so helpful as it was our first time to Morzine. The whole experience was great value and completely hassle free, from the first day I made the booking with Jamie, to getting our ski rentals delivered and collected to the chalet, all the lovely meals and the airport transfers. I could not recommend Jack and Jill enough. Thanks so much for an amazing holiday.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Ranch for a week in March and had an amazing experience with Jack and Jill, starting from the pre-trip communications where they helped us sort transfers and ski equipment. The chalet itself was amazing - kept sparkling clean by our lovely hosts Hannah and Shona, who also whipped up delicious dinners for us everyday. The location is quiet and had the benefit of on-demand transfers to the ski lifts in centre of town. Everything was taken care of and faultless! We will definitely be back.

15 of us - 14 adults and 1 x 3 year old, have just spent the best Christmas (2018) at the Himalaya Lodge in Morzine. I cannot begin to say how fantastic the whole experience was. The chalet staff, James, Phoebe and Callum were second to none. They all went above and beyond the call of duty. So helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. James and Phoebe created the most amazing meals everyday both breakfast and dinner with gorgeous cakes in the afternoon and kept the chalet so clean and cosy, and even helped us on the slopes one day when we were stuck. Callum picked us up and dropped us off whenever and where ever we wanted to go. Sorting out our skis and boots and everything else that needed doing. The chalet is in a great location with the most amazing views. It has absolutely everything you could possibly want. Even a huge dressing up box. All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated and the beds are very comfortable. Jamie and Mary the owners, made sure everything was as perfect as it could be. This is something I have wanted to do for as long as I can remember. And thanks to all the staff at Jack & Jill Himalaya Lodge, it was better than I could have wished. We will definitely be going back.
