A combination of the best snow in years, amazing weather, fantastic food for both us and our tiny children, friendly service and the luxuries of Chalet Chambertin made our first family ski holiday with two toddlers one to remember. No request was too much. more

I thought the chalet staff were excellent but was disappointed by the grumpy way our requests for lifts were handled. Due to the location and lack of taxis lifts are necessary so I didn't think it was too much to ask for! more

Sitting back in the office, it makes it even more clear how fantastic it is to stay at this chalet. A fab chalet with a relaxed and very comfortable atmosphere. The beds were so comfortable that it was a bit of a struggle to get out and enjoy the fantastic snow. more

Doing nothing is the best thing on earth, especially when the only worry you have is what time the delicious breakfast is or the three course dinner that knocks the socks of the majority of London's best restaurants. Just days into our holiday we were already plotting our return. Chalet Chambertin is charming and Emma, Olly, Hannah and Dean are delightful. Chambertin proved a perfect choice for a week-long visit to Morzine/Avoriaz. Everything ran like clockwork, the hosts were charming, the food delicious (and copious!), the chalet very comfortable, the jacuzzi and sauna very helpful in relaxing after a day up the mountain, and the guiding was one of the best boarding experiences I've ever had.
