We recently stayed in this hotel for nearly a week. The rooms were newly decorated and of high standard, the bathrooms were clean and great power shower. We stayed for one night last Sat. The room was clean and large. Big bathroom with bath and shower (good pressure) and also had underfloor heating...nice and warm on bare feet. I have used this hotel on many occassions over the past five years, back to its previous incarnation as the 'Hanover'. Where to start? The rooms are tired and dated, the bathroom was filthy... and rather than clean it as I asked, they moved me to an equally poor room complete with its own exposed fusebox! After reading previous reviews prior to our stay at this hotel, we were concerned how we would find it.
