We stayed with friends on a walking weekend, couldn't fault the service - centrally situated in Skipton, very clean, plenty of on-street parking and a bath in most rooms - just what you need after a long walk. I would recommend. Good value for money also. more

We stayed as a group of 9 on a walking break for four days. We chose Skipton as its ideal location for the Dales. Highfield was brilliant. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very modern . We booked 2 rooms at the Highfield and stayed for 3 nights. We found the accommodation beautiful and modern with a lovely four poster bed, my son and his wife had a king size bed in their room.
