Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We booked a 4 night stay at the apartments and had a very nice time. The views overlooking the sea were amazing and the hot tub was a nice touch when you arrive you get a bottle of wine, crisps and some Welsh cake ( not for me) the apartment was very clean and well decorated also equipped with everything you need for your stay. You get Sky cube a DVD player and a Wii, board games and a selection of books. The decking area is large and secure and the hot tub is private. The only downside to the stay was the WiFi wasn’t working and the phone signal is very hit and miss. They have a caretaker onsite ( Stan) who is very helpful if you need him. The beach is a very short drive at the bottom of the hill and is very nice for walking the dog ( watch out for the massive jellyfish) there is also various shops including a chippy ( very nice)

No WiFi, filthy and not worth the £920 we paid to stay in sunbeam. Utility room was a wooden lean too with light switch hanging off the wall.. beware if you are on ground floor... I got soaked in urine from the dog in the above apartment whilst on the balcony ..

We booked into one of the apartments at last minute after a week at the caravan park and we are so glad we did.. The views from the hot tub are absolutely amazing and there's everything you need in the apartments. We loved it that much we have already booked up for another weekend :)

We stayed in Sea breeze from Monday to Friday. The view was just breath taking! The hot tub was so relaxing and used every evening. The only downside to our stay was the bed, very creeky as wooden budget, however still was able to get a nights sleep. The hot tub as much as it was relaxing was pretty cold. The temperature was set and locked so unable to make any adjustments. We had no issues during our stay so didn't need to call the caretaker however he was there at the same time every morning to check the hot tub was in working condition and top up etc. Would recommend!

We booked this holiday in sep 2012, yes we had a bargain compared to hoseasons prices 'but' there are a few things people need to be aware of, the accommodation was clean although some of the utensils in the kitchen were not washed before being put away food stains etc, the oven was disgusting and needed a good clean before I could use it there was fat left in baking trays. The lodge was in desperate need of some TLC, a few things in need of repair, beds smelt musty although sheets were clean. This location is definitely not suitable for disabled persons or family's with buggies the hills leading up to the lodges are very steep and unkempt concrete is in desperate need of replacing can be quite dangerous if walking in darkness, theres no lighting on the road leading to the lodges and is pitch black, will def need a torch, it's very quiet and off the beaten track quite earry. On arrival we were escorted to the property by the site manager and was not told of the lighting issue English was very broken and was told that the lodges are for sale due to owners deceased? All in all everything is in need of a desperate overall and i would have been very annoyed if I had payed hoseasons prices for this holiday, there is no proper heating in lodges apart from some free standing heaters, could get cold in winter. We booked for 7 nights but left after 4 nights would not go back to Pendine as its too quiet nothing there will need a car to travel and see other sites and attractions in tenby etc. The beach is cordoned off daily by MOD and only a small area of beach is available to Walk on. Only on weekends we were able to walk passed the red flags or late evening, this spoils the beach walks as the sands are wonderful and resembles morocco beaches, flat smooth sands. I would never pay the prices park dean or hoseasons are asking for this holiday village you would get a much better deal with sun holidays as we found out after speaking to other holiday makers.

We stayed in Villa No.3. Hot tub on balcony. Apartment was new and very clean.Fabualous vies of the sea. Every night chilling out in the hot tub a highlight. Loved it. You do need a car to get around. Laugharn is beautiful and Tenby. Good place as a base. Everything you would need for self catering. Would definately recommend and will be returning.

Just got back from the manor house after a lovely week. Were worried that it was going to be dreadful having read other reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. Yes, the bunk bed room is very small, but the other 3 rooms are huge, with some lovely old furniture. The plates were huge, but there were plenty of them - not a problem to wash up though ( the dishwasher did a job but wasn't brill)! We had the washing washine on every day and got it dry in the house which had underfoor heating and was really cosy ( it was not advertised with a tumble dryer so didn't mind that it was broken). We felt like the Lord and Lady of the Manor during our stay, the kitchen had more than enough of everything and we cooked some fantastic family meals which we ate around the huge dining table which would have comfortably sat 10 people. The lounge was comfy and the bar was an added bonus we did not expect - we all pretended to be 'barman' during our stay!. A few more lights outside would have been great, and some finishing touches needed ( a few botched repairs around), the grounds were probably spectaular in their day but needed some green fingers to revitalise - but what do people expect for the money ( these people have to earn a living too)? Pendine was lovely for walking the dog and shell collecting, especially when the MOD flag was down, as you could walk for miles. The locals were all really friendly - if you need to know anything pop into the coffee shop for a drink and a chat. The Pitstop shop sells everything and again the staff made you feel welcome ( and loved dogs). Had a great meal at The Carpenters Arms in LLargne

My family had a week at seascape villas at the end of august which we really enjoyed. The hot tub was warm and clean and checked every day. The pool was small as advertised but my girls enjoyed having it to themselves every day. My husband and i spent a lot of time in Laughane a little village a few miles away where Dylan Thomas used to live with his family. I would recommend this holiday and urge people not to be put off by comments on this site.

This was our second stay at Seascape Villas (Hoeseasons) with the location primarily the key reason for coming back. In May 10 we stayed in the apartment (£200 for 4 nights) and could not fault it with stunning views across Pendine Sands. This time we stayed in one of the houses (Bayview 6), a week in Aug for £ 525 wasn't bad hence the reason for booking. Good Points: - Location to beach only 15min walk, although be aware there is a steep road down/up to the accomodation. There is a pay and display car park near the beach (£3 for all day) and well kept toilets. - House included shower room and toilet downstairs along with bathroom upstairs. Fully equiped kitchen although we didn't use the washing machine. - Great location for exploring, St Davids, Stackpole,Bosherston, Tenby to name just a few fab places. We liked the Normandie bar for food in Tenby esp the fish. Bad Points: House could have done with a good clean and fresh lick of paint and patio/garden area needed weeding. Lights were broken along the path so very dark from the car to the house. The communal hot-tub was set in a great location overlooking the resort but water was murky and stank of bleach hence we stayed away! No on site recycling facilties for glass ,paper etc although the carpark near the beach does provide these. Overall, not a bad place to come and stay but could do better!
