Booked as somewhere off the beaten track as I'm a bit fed up of stopping by the motorway. Very quiet spot by the river. Warm welcome, good sized rooms. I had to turn the radiator up from the frost setting as the room was cold when went in. Nice view of the river. Very high quality food and I can... More

My Husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a relaxing night away from home...and couldn't have picked anywhere better!! We arrived at the hotel to a very warm welcome and nothing seemed too much trouble! We had use of the hotel facilities including pool and sauna which was relaxing! Evening meal was out of this world...I can honestly say... More

Once again we found high standards which match the hotels reputation. The cottage is well decorated, and has every thing you need for a relaxing weekend or holiday. Ample parking for two... More

The ceremony area was decorated beautifully, and they were very accommodating for our song choices (my husband had made a CD of songs and they had no problem playing it). The function room was decorated to a very... More

We spent a long weekend here, and were happy to do so, but guests shouldn't expect too much. We had a large room with an enormous bed and a lovely view over the estuary. The welcome here is very friendly, and the atmosphere informal, but perhaps they could do with sharpening up on a few things. We dined in all... More

My husband and I stayed for 11 nights in a delux room at the front of hotel with a balcony. Room was large with a beautiful 4 poster bed with all amenities you could want. View was lovely looking out over the water, there are about 30 caravans between hotel and beach but no problem. It was a 2 minute... More
