We stayed in the Tullylagan for one night. The hotel is in a lovely setting near Cookstown. We got a ground floor double room and I have to say we were not impressed by it. A wonderful charming old fashioned country hotel situated in the heart of Tyrone. We stayed in the hotel for a family wedding in August 2008. We stayed here in Feb 2008 and as a previous reviewer said it is a lovely place - but so difficult to find. We came through Cookstown and ended up in Dungannon with no hint of Tullylagan House along the way. Just back from a family wedding reception at his hotel. Generally it was a very positive experience with the only difficulty encountered was actually finding it. Sat Nav took me to various barns and fields. Its not that well signposted either so it really was difficult to find and other guests felt the same. Stick to the main roads !!... more
