Wee hotel where you couldn't get a more friendlier welcome. Stayed here a few times, the rooms are cosy and clean, breakfast is spot on and the staff couldn't have done more for us during our stay. They are a credit to the hotel !! We'll be back again and again more

Having read other reviews, i was sceptical but i think that the people who write the reviews should have read up on this hotel prior to staying. As it is not a "modern..all the mod cons" sort of hotel, it is an extremely building converted to a hotel with all the character that it claims to have and then some!... more

Food was very bad and greasy, everything seemed to be reheated and was not of good quality. They should downsize the menu and concentrate on a few items. Chips and veg where reheated and meat was of a very poor standard. Greasy smell of the kitchen was all over the place. more
