The accommodation, the lounges were all comfortable, very well decorated and clean. Food in the bar restaurant and main restaurant we found to be very good. The breakfast in particular. Staff very friendful and helpful.. Close to the motorway into Belfast and to the beautiful countryside. Weekend breaks are a good deal - well recommended. more

Every one of the efficient and friendly staff paid great attention to detail. The quality of the catering was excellent and the General Manager could not have done more to ensure that things went well. He obviously gives priority to staff training and customer delight. The overall experience of staying and working in this hotel was most enjoyable. This standard... more

Have stayed here many times as we have family that live close by (we live in New York), which makes it very convenient to see them. Not so good if you want to spend your time shopping in Belfast - I would not recommend if for that. However if your plans are taking you to that area of Ireland it... more

Stayed for the first time in October 2009. Our room was lovely - decent size, very clean, nicely decorated, lovely comfortable bed. We stayed two nights - we were pretty late going for breakfast the first day (around 9.15 am) and found that the food had been left on hotplates so was a bit rubbery and dry. However, we had... more

This is a gem of a hotel not too far from Belfast city centre. Well maintained rooms, friendly staff, excellent freshly cooked Irish breakfast and above all a terrific rate. Will certainly use this hotel again. more

I can't fault this hotel, meal in the bar was quite nice. The room was spotlessly clean. The staff were quite friendly. The location was quite sedate, but this suited us as we had small children and were in bed at a reasonable hour anyway. more

From the moment we arrived the staff were professional whilst remaining friendly and the service we received was excellent. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well furnished and comfortable. The food was excellent and beautifully served. I would recomend the hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely be back. more
