Helpful staff run this great hotel. We had a family room, which was very generously proportioned. The playground outside fair suited our three year old, too. The food was generous and tasty. We were there as part of a conference and they coped well with our influx. The hotel is a bit out of town, but convenient for those with... More

I stayed here with my 10 y/o daughter as part of a weekend event run by a society of which I am a member. We paid £85 for 1 night B&B (between us, ie 42.50 each) which I thought was reasonable. The room was very impressive, both clean and spacious with a double and single bed. We were also able... More

We got a last minute deal (cheers Trevor) that meant we could include more time on the coast in our itinerary and thank God we did. The Triple room we had was massive - a double and 2 generous singles. The welcome we received by Judith was very warm and she continued to go the extra the mile the next... More

An overnight at this hotel was probably enough. On arrival at 2.20pm we were told that the check-in was 3pm and the room would not be ready until then ! Not - I'll check with Housekeeping and let you know. No - take a seat and I'll check you in at 3pm. However miracously the room became available ay 2.25pm... More

Stayed here 2 nights, very last minute, after a work issue needed us to travel to Ireland. We chose here as it was close to Giants Causeway and other places we wanted to visit, brewery etc. Room was big, clean and the bed comfy (would have slept 3 people). We could see the sea out of our window. As we... More

After staying here for two nights, not that impressed at all. Stayed with my mum and daughter, room was ok nothing special. Did not get alot of sleep because of the noise of the other guests and children running up and down the hallway to all hours. Food not great at all, service quite poor.

The staff at this hotel are helpful and friendly in a perfect measure. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they always have a smile for you. As per usual in Northern Ireland customer service is excellent. The room was spacious, comfortable and a delightful space to relax, wind down, watch a bit of tv while getting ready. The... More
