A fantastic guest house with large spacious rooms and excellent facilities. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast choice is wide and varied and always well cooked, more importantly always served with smiles and laughter. We have stayed here every year for the last 4 years and have already booked next years stay!!

We spent four nights at Breezemount House and had a great visit. I have just returned from a three night stay at Breezemount House. What a lovely, warm and friendly place to stay. I was travelling alone and felt very safe here. only stayed for 1 night wish it could have been longer. staff so friendly rooms where spotless the room we got would have put a hotel to shame. we have stayed in many places in coleraine breeze mount tops it all. hope to get booked again soon.

Tall ceilings in the spacious, richly decorated bedroom. Accommodation included a sitting room and kitchenette. Pleasant dining area and breakfast selection. Easy access to regional sites including Hezlett House and Giant’s Causeway. Could certainly understand why guests have stayed for several days or have come back.
