We chose this B&B because of its central location in the region we wanted to explore: Bath, Stonehenge, Avebury, Lacock, Woodhenge, Nunney Castle, Stourhead and Salisbury. Worked out perfectly! Tricia is offering a new room this year with its own entrance from outside, a small kitchen area (no stove), very nice bath and its own entrance into the dining room.... More

We stayed in the brand new room on the ground floor which felt more like an annexe! Exceedingly good value for money! The room was spotless with plenty of space and a private entrance to the rear of the b&b. Within close proximity of longleat for a day out and easily access from main roads and central warminster we couldn't... More

Just returned from a 2 night break here. The Farm is lovely and the welcome was very warm and hospitable, with tea & cake on arrival - always a winner. Breakfast was fabulous, with veggies well looked after too. We got helpful advice on the local area, where to eat out, etc. I would highly recommend this farm b&b.

On arrival we were welcomed by Trisha, she offered tea and cake, for which we were very grateful, and made us very welcome. The room was excellent, the breakfast was excellent, Trisha & Colin were excellent hosts. What more can we say, would highly recommend. Thankyou Sandra & Conroy Land

I have stayed with Trisha and Colin a number of times (30 weeks) over the past 14 months and can honestly say it is the best B&B I have stayed in during my business travels. They are always very welcoming and accommodating making every visit like a home from home. The rooms and en-suites are always immaculately clean. The breakfast... More

We have just returned from a lovely weekend away at Home Farm, near Warminster. We had a family room with a double bed plus 2 single beds in the same room for our 2 children aged 6 and 3. The beds were very comfy (even our children said so!), the breakfasts were fantastic and the room had everything we needed,... More

My 10 yr old & I stayed overnight for a weekend visit to nearby Longleat Safari & Adventure Park. Great night's sleep, lovely shower to freshen and/or wake one up & a v filling English breakfast! We loved our short but excellent stay. Trisha (the hostess) left a selection of books for my son which made him happy & we... More

We stayed for two nights at the start of the season - really comfy beds, beautiful location, Colin and Tricia were so willing to help. Breakfasts excellent. We didn't have a car so walked into Warminster - twenty minutes to half an hour, very easy route, and got to stay in the countryside too. Perfect.

Absolutely the best value in the area. If you intend staying in Warminster for a few days or a few weeks and are looking for a B & B then this is the best. Trisha and Colin are perfect hosts and provide excellent service, well worth the money.
