Have stayed in a number of Travelodges, but this has to be the worst one. Catalague of issues. Arrived at around 10pm, the windows had been left open and the room was stone cold, took a while to heat up when radiator was switched on. The bathroom was in an awful state, the floor covering was coming away at the... more

I booked 2 family rooms. Both were clean and fresh. We paid the extra to gain access to the rooms early as we were attending a family funeral and we had driven all the way down from Liverpool. I have a bad back and worry about strange beds but this was a kings size divan and soft topped. The linen was... more

Stayed here with my other half while we were at a wedding nearby. The goods: Very convenient for nearby places and very easy to find. Rooms are a very good size with loads of space! Handy little chef right next to it. Cheap! The uglies: If you are looking for a room with character don't come here (but why would... more

The Hotel feels exactly like the little chef it is next to, very tatty and totally starved of the funds needed to maintain it. The beds are the worst I have ever slept on, I have burnt better. DO NOT STAY HERE . Hotel is right next to a service station which is aimed squarely at truckers, the garage has... more

After reading the previous reviews - after we had booked! - we were not looking forward to staying here. However, we decided that as we had only paid £19 a night, as long as it was clean, it didn't matter too much. We were pleasantly surprised and think that maybe the hotel has been refurbished since the last reviews were... more

Seeing we only wanted somewhere to sleep for a few hours while on a visit to relatives, this seemed like a good deal. After all, I have bought cheap rooms at UK Travelodges before and they have been perfectly adequate for a night's sleep without the frills. But however little we paid we expected more than this. The hotel looks... more

We had booked at another travel lodge but when we checked in at 11.30 pm and advised it full! although we have a confirmed booking. So we arrived at Warminster, all Travel Lodges seem the same to me. Clean and basic! but for £29 thats all you need. Everything worked and was clean and we got a free breakfast. Sadly... more

Ok, let me say that this travelodge is very clean! ...it has a full clean bathroom, TV, tea/coffee facilities and clean towels everyday, ok for 2 or 3 nights stay. It's attached to a Little Chef that doesn't close until 10 pm. Warminster is 5 mintues drive away, there is a great taxi company called "Star Taxis" if you want... more

We stayed one night as a convenient launch pad for a day out at Longleat. As a travelodge we were prepared for a depressing exterior, no breakfast (except fried food from an adjoining restaurant) and a basic interior. The reality was still a shock. The first room we were shown to smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke – in a... more
