Our quiet room opened out onto the pleasant garden, which was an unexpected bonus. The room was well-appointed - good tea/coffee making facilities, plenty of storage, comfy bed. My girlfriend and I stayed at the Serendipity guest house for a night and had a very pleasant experience. I am in total contradiction with the previous comments. We did experience problems to get there as it is quite far from Bradford train station, either you take a cab from Bradford station or you take the bus from bath bus... more

The facilties weren't up the four star AA rating the BB holds, shower either freezing cold or boling hot. No towels in one of our rooms, stale half eaten biscuits and no tea bags in another. The rooms were clean and tidy though. All of the problems with facilities I could maybe have excused however the owners were pretty unhelpful... more

From the less than friendly welcome to the downright rude send off this was a poor experience of 'hospitality'. There was no sugar in the room, the biscuits were not only stale they were half eaten! This is a nice, small B&B. It has about 4 rooms so it is relatively small and more like a regular house. Very comfortable beds, decorations are homy, accomodating hosts.
