I stay at this hotel regularly and can recommend it. Staff are friendly. The rooms are modern and bright. Restaurant is excellent. The location is perfect, unlike some hotels who say they are in Bradford-On-Avon, but are really almost in Trowbridge !!!! more

I have stayed at the Swan 3 times. in total. Each time we have had excellent and efficient service, friendly staff and imaginative food. On two occasions our room was upgraded. The rooms are smart comfortable and clean. Reasonable prices too. more

What a shame the service lets this otherwise charming boutique hotel down. The Swan has recently undergone a refurb, so don't take too much stock in reviews prior to Jan this year.
