We stayed for 2 nights at the Swan in the very pretty town of Bradford on Avon. On the plus side the hotel and bedrooms were clean. Very overpriced at £95 ! Room not clean and dirty bath. Staff off-hand and appeared disinterested. Although zero degrees outside there was no heating in room. Hot water barely warm. Couldn't provide a full breakfast as it should be included in the price, as they had 'run out' of essential items. Other guests were also complaining. more

Great Location, lovely town. Attractive exterior to hotel. Service, friendly but very sloppy, obviously all untrained. Also not to keen on seeing the breakfast server, smoking between dishing up breakfast. Bendy toast in the morning, discoloured avocado in evening meal. Room - clean and large, bed needed replacing as side had collapsed and the springs were uncomfortable on that side... more
