Myself and my partner had the pleasure of staying with Ed and Sue at Stillmeadow for a night this Easter. They run a lovely B&B consisting of 3 bedrooms in the upstairs of their house. The room and ensuite bathroom were lovely having been recently renovated. Sue was apologetic about the lingering paint smell, but completely unnecessarily as we didn't notice a thing. Our room (the orange room) was spacious and the windows had a beautiful view of the very green back yard.

Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to experience the cooked breakfast as we had slept in and weren't feeling 100%.

Location-wise this B&B is situated in lovely Winsley, a small village near Bradford-on-Avon and about 10 minutes drive from Bath. The pub in Winsley (The Seven Stars) is about 10 minutes walk down the road and definitely worth a visit for a nice meal.

The room at £80 for the night I thought was a little bit on the expensive side (would consider £60-70 more... more
