My first stay in a B & B proved to be a wonderful surprise. Clean and comfortable with all the comforts of home. Excellent location with off street parking, a must in any city location. Top class breakfast a bonus ! more
The room was very clean, looked like it had recently been refurbished. Very light and airy. Breakfast was excellent. The directions provided were invaluable because our satnav broke down. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Parking was plentiful. Overall, this stay was a bargain! more
Comfy beds, huge digital TV, great breakfast, good car parking, friendly owner. It just misses **** on some technicalities, but it's almost there. It's far better than Chesterfield is! Use the guest house, avoid the city! more
We booked this via the Chesterield tourist website. The Acorns is not in the very centre (good on a Saturday night!). The room was spotless, the shower hot, the welcome warm and it was totally silent all night. Breakfast is excellent (full English), and the price of £50 for a double (£25 each) a bargain.
