Great value for money and the food is fantastic a great place for a romantic get away, rooms are clean and tidy with a good powerful shower and good sized bath, basic room I would defenitly recommend to others :)

Excellent service, from making the booking to check-in and checking out. Good food, staff courteous and helpful at all times, nothing to much trouble, even fresh milk when requested. Rooms nice and clean and good size. Large secure car park. Plenty to see around the area incliding Renishaw house and gardens and Hardwick Hall.

Excellent service as usual here. The food was great quality and the staff courteous and helpful at all times. Our club has been going there for some years now and the standard has always been excellent. The staff were also extremely helpful to me as the organising person prior to the event.

80th Birthday lunch for 23 family members. The food was wonderful with warm and welcoming staff. Nothing was too much trouble. One member of staff even nursed a sleeping toddler whilst his mum enjoyed her meal! Would Recommend the venue and will definitely be returning.
